The Archive of Transformations

A curation of older Arizona properties adapted for modern desert living. We open cramped layouts to natural light while honoring their original structural character and architectural heritage.

The Chandler Ranch

Our featured case studies highlight how we navigate the unique structural challenges of older East Valley homes, delivering modern functionality without losing their historical soul.

This 1974 ranch home suffered from dark, compartmentalized rooms and low ceilings. We removed load-bearing walls to connect the kitchen, dining, and living spaces into one sun-filled desert pavilion.

By introducing custom white oak millwork and wide-plinth flooring, we grounded the airy space in warm, tactile textures that reference the home's original mid-century heritage and regional character.
